These homes will range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom homes over a mix of terraces, semi-detached and detached properties.
All homes on the site will be designed to achieve EPC ratings of B and above.
The site will also accommodate two commercial buildings for local businesses.
The deal was structured and delivered by Paragon’s development finance team, led by relationship director Toby Burgess and senior portfolio manager Joshua Mann.
“This development ticks all the right boxes – a strong local need, a thoughtful housing mix and an emphasis on quality and energy performance,” said Toby.
